Recurring Payments Consent

Created: October 27, 2026 · Updated: October 28, 2026

1.1. This Recurring Payments Consent (the “Consent”) governs the automatic recurring debits from the User’s bank card or other payment method in favor of OsOO “NOVAPEY” (the “Provider”) for access to the Roonce service under the plan and subscription selected by the User.

1.2. A recurring payment is an automatic subsequent debit made without the User re-entering the payment method details.

1.3. This Consent applies together with the Public Offer. Terms not defined in this Consent have the meanings assigned to them in the Offer. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between the Offer and this Consent concerning automatic payments, this Consent shall prevail; the Offer shall apply to other matters. Mandatory consumer protection laws shall prevail.

2. Enabling recurring payments

2.1. Recurring payments may be enabled when a subscription is purchased through a Roonce interface, including the Telegram bot and web control panel, provided that the User gives separate consent.

2.2. Consent to automatic renewal is expressed by a separate checkbox that is not selected by default. This checkbox does not replace confirmation of acceptance of the Offer. Enabling automatic renewal is not a condition for purchasing a plan without automatic renewal.

2.3. By consenting to automatic renewal, the User agrees that the payment provider may retain a payment token and use it for subsequent automatic charges.

2.4. The Provider does not store the User’s full bank card details. Payment data and the token are processed by the payment provider through which the payment is made, in accordance with its security rules. The Provider may retain the token identifier and other information necessary to initiate charges and manage the subscription, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

3. Payment terms

3.1. The amount, currency, and frequency of charges are those stated for the selected subscription before payment is confirmed. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the renewal period corresponds to the period of the plan purchased.

3.2. The first charge is made when the subscription is purchased. If the subscription includes a trial or discounted period, its duration, the date the paid period begins, and the amount of the first charge are disclosed to the User before automatic renewal is enabled; the first charge is made on the stated date.

3.3. Subsequent charges are made automatically one calendar day before the end of the current paid period to renew the subscription for the next period.

3.4. The automatically renewing subscription remains in effect until the User disables automatic renewal or the service is discontinued on grounds provided for in the Offer or applicable law.

4. Notices

4.1. The amount, frequency of charges, date of the next payment, and procedure for disabling automatic renewal are disclosed to the User before recurring payments are enabled.

4.2. No later than three calendar days before the next automatic charge, the Provider sends the User a notice of the upcoming payment. The notice includes the amount and date of the charge and instructions for disabling automatic renewal.

4.3. The notice may be sent through Telegram, the Service interface, by email, or through another channel used to contact the User.

5. Failed payments

5.1. If a charge fails due to insufficient funds, a blocked card, an expired card, or another reason, automatic renewal may not occur. Access to paid features may be suspended after the paid period ends.

5.2. Any retry attempts are made in accordance with the payment provider’s rules. The payment provider determines the number and timing of any retry attempts.

6. Cancellation of recurring payments

6.1. The User may disable automatic renewal at any time by any of the following methods:

6.2. Disabling automatic renewal stops future automatic charges. The already-paid service period remains available until the end of the paid term, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

6.3. The User may withdraw permission to use previously provided payment data (token) for future recurring payments by submitting an electronic request through the billing section or support. After receiving the request, the Provider will not use the relevant data for subsequent recurring payments unless the User gives new consent.

7. Refunds

7.1. Refunds are handled in accordance with Section 6 of the Public Offer and applicable law.

7.2. If the User believes a charge was made in error, the User may contact support at support@roonce.com or through the support chat. The User should provide information sufficient to identify the account and payment. Full bank card details should not be sent.

8. Changes to subscription prices and terms

8.1. The Provider may change plan prices and subscription terms. The new price and applicable terms will be disclosed to the User before the relevant payment. The price of a period already paid for will not change.

8.2. If the User does not agree to the revised price or terms, the User may disable automatic renewal before the date of the next charge. The procedure for disabling renewal is set out in Section 6 of this Consent.
