Roonce Acceptable Use Policy

Created: October 28, 2026 · Updated: October 28, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) establishes requirements for using the Roonce service (the “Service”). It supplements Section 7 of the Public Offer and applies together with it. This Policy does not amend the Offer or limit any User rights provided by mandatory provisions of applicable law. In the event of a conflict, the Offer and mandatory provisions of law shall apply.

1. General requirements

1.1. The Service is intended for lawful and responsible use within the features and limitations of the User’s selected plan.

1.2. The User shall comply with applicable law, the Offer, and this Policy.

1.3. The User is responsible, in accordance with applicable law, for actions performed by the User through the Service. The User shall take reasonable measures to protect account credentials, keys, and access links from unauthorized use.

2. Prohibited use

2.1. The User shall not use the Service, including for any of the following purposes:

  • violating applicable law or mandatory requirements of competent government authorities, or assisting others in doing so;
  • gaining unauthorized access to devices, accounts, networks, data, or information systems; interfering with their operation; or circumventing security measures established by their owners;
  • conducting network attacks, including DoS or DDoS attacks; scanning or testing systems for vulnerabilities without the owner’s permission; password guessing; or other attempts to gain unauthorized access;
  • creating, distributing, or controlling malware, botnets, or other infrastructure used to cause harm or obtain unauthorized access;
  • committing fraud or phishing, stealing money, payment instruments, accounts, or data, or deceiving or misleading others to cause harm or obtain an unlawful benefit;
  • sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam, distributing malicious links, artificially inflating metrics through automation, or otherwise disrupting third-party services or infringing the rights of their users;
  • distributing materials or engaging in activities prohibited by applicable law, including materials involving the sexual exploitation of minors, threats, incitement to violence, or justification of violence;
  • infringing copyrights or other third-party rights, including by unlawfully distributing protected materials;
  • concealing or disguising unlawful activity, obstructing its investigation, or evading lawful requests from competent authorities;
  • any other use that creates a material threat to the security or operation of the Service, its infrastructure, other Users, or third parties.

2.2. The list of prohibited uses in Clause 2.1 is not exhaustive.

3. P2P networks and file sharing

3.1. P2P networks and protocols may be used only where permitted by the selected plan, available in the Service interface, and not prohibited by applicable law or this Policy.

3.2. The User shall hold all rights and permissions required for any materials distributed or transmitted. Use of P2P networks must not infringe the rights of copyright holders or other third parties.

3.3. The User shall comply with restrictions applicable to specific servers, locations, protocols, or types of traffic, as displayed in the Service interface or plan description.

4. Accounts, devices, and commercial use

4.1. The User shall comply with the device limits, usage limits, and other restrictions of the selected plan, as displayed in the Roonce interface before payment or during use of the Service.

4.2. The User shall not transfer account credentials, keys, or access links to third parties, except where expressly permitted by the selected plan or approved by the Provider.

4.3. Without the Provider’s prior written consent, the User shall not resell access, provide the Service as the User’s own public service, or make the Service available to an indeterminate group of persons.

4.4. The User shall not circumvent device limits, technical restrictions, or Service security mechanisms, or create excessive load beyond normal use under the selected plan.

5. Interactions with support

5.1. When interacting with the Provider or support, the User shall refrain from threats, harassment, insults, spam, flooding, or knowingly false statements where such conduct interferes with the handling of requests or operation of the Service.

5.2. The User’s disagreement with a decision by the Provider, submission of a claim, or good-faith refund request does not, by itself, constitute a violation of this Policy.

6. Reporting possible violations

6.1. A User who becomes aware of a suspected violation of this Policy may report it to support@roonce.com or through the support service.

6.2. The report should describe the circumstances of the suspected violation and provide information sufficient for review. The User must not send full bank card details, passwords, or access keys.

6.3. The Provider reviews reports based on the information available, applicable law, and the Privacy Policy. Receipt of a report does not mean that a violation has been confirmed.
